Coconut Bliss Dark Chocolate

Pure. Unadulterated. Bliss.

Usually I start my reviews with a lead-in, but this coconut ice cream is so unbelievably good, I just want to get straight to the review!

I just found out that I don’t have an allergy to coconut anymore, so I ran out and bought coconut ice cream. Well let me tell you that this is the best ice cream replacement I could ever ask for! It might even be better than dairy ice cream…

Coconut Bliss‘s Dark Chocolate flavor actually tastes like a dark chocolate Mounds Bar (which is incredible!), but without the guilt of ice cream or the Mounds Bar. No guilt about the awful ingredients in the bar either. Instead, you can feel good about the organic ingredients, and there are so few ingredients to begin with – only 4. The chocolate taste is deep and rich, as if you were actually eating a dark chocolate bar. You can’t even tell it’s low glycemic. The texture is smooth and creamy, just like ice cream, and maybe even a little creamier.

All in all, this coconut ice cream tastes like pure indulgence, and I’m excited to try all of Coconut Bliss’s other flavors.

  3. Yummy! My husband’s favorite ice cream flavor is mint chocolate chip. I’ll have to make this for him, since we’re all eating dairy-free most of the time these days. And, I love, love, love coconut milk. Isn’t it the best dairy sub ever?
