WF Bakehouse Cream Biscuits

One of my goals is to find great gluten free rolls of all sorts: dinner rolls, biscuits, hamburger buns, sandwich buns, etc. Well, I’ve officially discovered excellent biscuits! Whole Foods Bakehouse Cream Biscuits are so buttery tasting that buttering them would be overkill.

They kind of look like sugar cookies, but they’re just really thin, light biscuits. That would be my only complaint – I would like them to be a little more substantial, a little thicker. The biscuits are very soft and have semi-flaky tops. I microwave one for 20 seconds, wait for the bottom to cool a bit, and voila! Soft, buttery, wheat free biscuits like you’ve never eaten before!

I found these at Whole Foods (obviously) in the frozen gluten free section.
