Udi’s Sandwich Bread and Bagels

I don’t know about you, but I feel that most wheat free bread and bagels are awful. The bread is always crumbly and hard while the bagels are hard and have a strangely sweet flavor. I used to have to use ChiChi’s White Corn Tortillas to make sandwiches, which isn’t bad, but the tortillas are very small and can also break apart where the wrap curves.

Thank goodness for Udi’s!  Their white sandwich bread tastes and feels just like real sandwich bread, and doesn’t break apart.

Normally, the slices have fewer holes, but the holes show that it’s a lighter, fluffier bread. Most wheat free breads are very tight and that’s why they break so easily.

Udi’s bagels are also great. They taste like a regular bagel, aren’t dense, and toast well. Their only fault is that they’re usually cut unevenly with 1/4 of the bread on top and 3/4 on the bottom instead of 1/2 top, 1/2 bottom.
